Q: What kind of wax are in your candles?
- Our decorative candles and toppings are made with a blend of natural soy and beeswax. Our cup candles and tea lights are made from natural soy wax.
- We never use paraffin wax or other synthetic materials.
Q: What kind of fragrance do you use?
- All of our candles use IFRA certified fragrance oils.
- Bath and Body Safe (refer to IFRA for usage levels)
- Phthalate Free
- Paraben Free
Q: What wicks do you use?
- We use cotton and wooden wicks depending on the candles to ensure that our products burn properly.
Q: How long does your candle burns?
- Our handcrafted candles varies in size, depending on the size and scent of the candles, it can range from 2 hours to 50 hours.
Q: How do I care for my candle?
- To get the most out of your candle, we recommend trimming the wick to 1/4 inch before each use, and keeping the candle away from drafts. When you first light your candle, allow it to burn for at least 2-3 hours to create a full melt pool.
Q: Do you offer any unscented candles?
- Yes, we do offer unscented candles. Please see our product page for more information.
Q: Are you candles eco-friendly?
- Yes, our candles are eco-friendly and sustainable. We use natural, renewable materials in our candles, and our packaging are mostly recyclable.
- We encourage customers to reuse candle containers for refills can help to reduce waste and promote sustainability. please check out our Candle Refill Program.

We try our best to process your orders within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Q: Do you offer bulk orders?
- YES! we offer bulk orders in quantities greater than 15. Please reach out to us through our Bulk Order page.
Q: Do you offer wholesale orders?

Q: Do you offer refunds?

Q: What happens if my candle is damaged when I receive it?
- We offer exchanges for products damaged during the shipping process. We recommend you to take pictures or video when opening the packages so that we can assist you to expedite the process of exchanging the damaged products. Please check our Exchanges Policy for more details.
